Jietai rice color sorter,as an intelligent machine, can detect and remove mildewy rice, white rice,broken rice, glass and stone in the raw material and classify rice based on the color,shape and other differences,Jietai rice color sorter always provides customers with intelligent,professional and comprehensive sorting solutions,such as sorting extremely light yellowrice, backline rice, needle tip, diseased rice and small broken rice.
Color Sorter Working Principle
Raw Material are put into the machine from its feeding hopper on the top,vibrated by vibration device and sliding along material chute into the zone of observationin sorting chamberthrough sensor andbackground plate.Under the effect of light source,CCD sensor receives compound light from materials being sorted.According to the light intensity and color changes,make the system produce output signal and drive solenoid valve to work ,ejecting the discolor grain to defect chamber and good materials continue to fall into the finished goods chamber.
